This is my second time at this restaurant and they have not disappointed. The first time we had the Lomo Saltado and the Triple which is ceviche, jalea and seafood rice. The portions are big and the prices are cheaper than other restaurants around. We had the lunch special 13 that comes with a soup, meal option and a drink. They have lots of options to pick from for the lunch specials. The location is small inside, but the food is amazing. On our first trip we had a small wait for a table but it was worth it. Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked delicious
food is amazing but serves is a little off we had to actually ask for menu and utensils and plates because they just ignored us, but they were quick to add a tip at the end of their bill
Working in the area. Try for lunch. I had the 1/2 chicken with a salad. Incredible! The chicken was cooked perfectly tender and spiced perfectly. You gotta have the green sauce. Lady who rang me up for pick up very nice.
After passing here for years we finally stopped and we are so happy we did! Welcoming staff and bright festive colors inside made our dine in experience that much more fun. My husband got the sampler which has a little bit of everything and was such a large portion half was taken home. I got the half rotisserie chicken with fries rice and salad. Chicken. Was seasoned and tasted so good. Fries were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back and soon!!!
We were the only ones when we walked in. Although, their outdoor space was not ready for a sudden outburst of spring, the waiters cleared a nice place for us and went off their way to make us feel wanted. Their muscles were great and we cleaned them up before the rest of the dinner arrived. Salsa criolla that came with the squid was obviously just freshly made for us. And the ceviche was fantastic, too. Besides, these two girls welcomed us like we were their long lost relatives.
Small and cozy place, tasty and delicious Peruvian food. Highly recommended if you are in the Middlesex Dunellen area.
The food is authentic Peruvian food and simply delicious. Clearly made fresh to order. It's obviously privately owned. We went during lunch time and they still were as attentive as possible considering it was busy. Definitely go, enjoy and just be patient. It's worth the wait.
Excellent food - try the Pollo a la Brasa medio combo (Peruvian rotisserie half chicken comes with white rice, fries, and a salad). Quick kitchen, great for takeout or dine in.
